Return Information & Product Guarantee

 

Guarantee: Story Time Felts guarantees the quality of its products and services. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with the Story Time Felts products they have purchased, they may return them within 30 days for a full refund, less the original and return shipping charges.

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition. 

All Story Time Felts products are also guaranteed against defects for the period of thirty days from the time of purchase. ( This would be like a misprint in an image or something similar.) Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • You may make a return within 30 days from the date of sale
  • All returns must be new, in original, unused packaging, show no signs of use or assembly, and include all documentation.
  • We do not charge our customers a restocking fee when the above requirements are met. Any returns not meeting the above requirements are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee per our discretion. 

All returns need a return authorization. Email us for a return authorization. 

You are responsible for making all return shipping arrangements.   We highly recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information and shipping insurance.

Upon receipt of return and inspection, a credit (minus any shipping and handling charges)will be issued to the original payment method.   Credits are usually issued within one week of receipt of returns.

Returns should include the packing slip, the e-mailed order confirmation or your order number.  

Shipping & Handling Charges:   If you paid for shipping with your order, the shipping amount is not refundable.  If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will still be responsible to pay for all shipping costs that were originally incurred  to ship your order.  These shipping amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Refusal of Shipment:   A package that is refused for delivery is the same as making a return and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred.   These charges apply even if the order qualified for free shipping.   This helps to defray “unnecessary” shipping costs and allows us to offer the lowest prices possible.

Undeliverable Shipments:   If an invalid or undeliverable address is provided when the order is placed and the shipping company returns your package to us, it is the same as making a return.   The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred.  These charges apply even if the order qualified for free shipping.

Exceptions:   Digital downloads, gift certificates, custom orders and clearance items are not returnable.
